Transfer your number from Verizon

Verizon's Number Lock is ON by default — you must disable it before we can port.

Before you start

• Turn off Number Lock (My Verizon → Account → Security → Number Lock → off)
• Have your 10-digit account number ready
• Your phone must be active — we can't port a cancelled or suspended line

Getting your Transfer PIN

1. Dial #PORT (#7678) from your Verizon phone
2. Reply to the text message
3. Generate your Number Transfer PIN

3b. If you can't generate it in the app, call Verizon at 800-922-0204 and ask for your Number Transfer PIN

1. Wait 15 minutes after disabling Number Lock before generating the PIN

Account number tips

• 10-digit account number — if yours shows 9 digits, add a leading zero
• Strip any "-00001" suffix — this is the #1 port-fail cause on Verizon
• Found in My Verizon app → Account, or on your bill

How long it takes

Most Verizon → manaMOBILE ports complete within 2-4 hours during business hours.
